Reliability through quality and rigidityThe Sharp Shooter drill unit has been tested for over one million cycles without lubrication and without any failures. After the testing was comleted the components were removed and dissassembled. All components showed minimal wear. |

WARNING
This tool and its clamping devices are to be used as an interior component of industrial tooling only, and must be safeguarded, controlled and operated in accordance with all applicable OSHA and ANSI standards to insure the safety of its operation and those using it. It should only be included in industrial tooling pursuant to the design, review, authorization and final inspection of a Licensed Professional Engineer of the purchaser in concert with a Safety Engineer before use to correct any risk posed by its use. Its installation is to be done by experienced machine building professionals only. All provided plates fasteners and attachments must be in place and secure to be in a safe operating condition. It must be securely installed in a manner that insures it will not become loose or unattached at any time, including during use. All valves, plumbing. wiring and other installation requirements must be consistent with the schematic drawings in this brochure. GCP assumes no liability for damages or injury attributable to defects in any machine or appliance in which the tool is installed, or from errors in installation or any use of the tool that is inconsistent with the instructions and limitations in this brochure.
LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY
GCP warrants to the original use purchaser that all products and parts sold by GCP shall be free from defects of material and workmanship for a period of one full year from the initial purchase date for direct sales, or actual delivery date by the distributor for distributor sales so long as use of the tool is in conformity with the brochure. Proof of purchase with shipment date must be furnished by the user to validate the warranty claim. GCP provides no warranty with respect to any product not manufactured by GCP. This warranty with respect to GCP’s products is limited to the repair or replacement as elected by GCP. Shipping or transportation cost to and from GCP for inspection, repair or return of any type are not included in this warranty. Any modification or disassembly of the tool by anyone other than GCP or any use of the tool not in conformity with the brochure will void the warranty.

Other than the Limited Service Warranty and warranty of title GCP makes no other warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
